| Vacuum FormingOur vacuum forming facilities have evolved through customer requirements to enable us to provide a wide variety of options. Today we can offer both low and high volume solutions and also pack customers products for them using high speed vacuum form fill and seal lines. Essentially, speed of production reduces cost of production and therefore lower unit cost. Having a range of options means that we can offer a balance between tooling costs and product costs that suit the customer. If you have a requirement for blister packs, product trays, point-of-sale displays, in fact virtually anything that is vacuum formed we can usually provide a cost-effective solution or tailor our processes to make you one.
